Customers who wish to receive an invoice please contact us in this case.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are available in our store, but won’t be shipped before the official release date.
Shipping
– price of shipping is given while placing an order
– we ship everywhere in the world where Polish Couriers can, so in this case we won’t be able to ship to Russia.
– all the parcels are shipped as registered ones, but it doesn’t mean they can be tracked in the regional postal tracking systems
– if the parcel can’t be delivered because of the customer’s fault, the next shipping will be paid extra
Discounts
For multiply orders we offer special discounts :
– order 5+ pieces and save $2 per piece
– order 10+ pieces and save $3 per piece
Returns
The customer is eligible to return the product to the seller within 14 days of receiving it. The returned product has to be factory new and have no signs of usage. We don’t accept the return of the products without the protective foil. The seller doesn’t cover the return shipping costs.
Complaints
In case of receiving a faulty or damaged product, the customer is eligible to file a complaint by email. The faulty or damaged product should be sent to the seller as soon as possible. The customer is entitled to receive a new product (if it’s still available) or to be fully compensated (in the same way as the original payment) after the positive consideration of the complaint.
